Kingsley-Pierson CSD is located in Northwest Iowa, about 30 minutes east of Sioux City. The District is made up of two towns, Kingsley and Pierson, which are located 8 miles apart. The Kingsley building holds the K-4 and 9-12 student body while the Pierson building houses the 5-8 students. The Kingsley building was built in 1979 while the Pierson building was constructed in 2002. Our extra-curricular facilities are top notch. The track and football complex was redone in 2003. The softball and baseball fields have had facelifts in recent years and the District has a 365 seat auditorium for plays, musicals, concerts and award assemblies. Enrollment is approximately 440 students making our school a 1A school in regards to most state level competitions. The Kingsley-Pierson CSD was recently notified that it's high school was listed in the U.S. News & World Report as one of the 2015 "America's Best High Schools".
